Once the Friends arrive at NANA Resort & Spa they head straight to reception where they get checked in and allocated their hotel rooms.
We always give our new arrivals as much time as they need to unpack and settle in, as we know the experience of leaving home can be stressful.
At NANA our residents enjoy a minimum stay of 10 days with us.
During this time they have uninterrupted access to all the wonderful facilities we have on site. Including our complimentary deep clean, steam room, massage service and stylist.
Near the end of their stay all of our Friends get the chance to visit our photo studio "Click & Blink" and be photographed by our renowned photographer Sebastian
Sometimes it takes a while for a few of our Friends to feel comfortable in front of the camera but Sebastian's kind and caring nature soon has them all striking a pose.
Now its time for our Friends to get ready to meet their new family's with a trip to see Doppy in the Rehoming Centre.
